Your Time at the Studio
Please knock before entering. If the blinds are drawn, we are with another guest and will be with you shortly.
Each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to ensure a calm, unrushed experience. If you arrive late, your service may be adjusted so the next guest can begin on time.
Scheduling & Cancellation
To make a change to your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ advance notice using the link in your confirmation or reminder email.
Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full. Your consideration helps us provide a seamless, restorative experience for every guest.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available in any dollar amount and offer a meaningful way to share the gift of wellness.
Redeeming Your Gift Card
Please present your gift card at the time of your visit so it can be properly applied.
If your gift card is not available at the time of service, payment will be required for that day’s services and purchases. The gift card may then be redeemed at a future visit. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced and remain the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient.
