Please knock on the door before entering.  If the curtains are drawn, we are with another client and will be with you shortly.

 

We pride ourselves on being on time for our guests.  Therefore, arriving late to your appointment will reduce your service time.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

To avoid being charged for your scheduled treatment, please modify your appointment using the link at the bottom of your confirmation or reminder email up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time. 

 

Please note: Failing to show for your scheduled appointment will result in a fee of the full service amount.

Gift card policy

Shanti's Studio Gift Cards are available in any dollar amount.

 

Redemption

A valid Gift Card must be presented at the time of service for proper credit.

In the event you have forgotten to bring your gift card to Shanti's Studio

You must pay for your days services & purchases with cash or credit card. You can then redeem the card at a later date.

 

In the event you have lost a Shanti's Studio Gift Card

Gift Cards are the responsibility of the purchaser or receiver. Shanti's Studio will not issue credit for a lost or stolen Card.
