COVID-19 UPDATES

COVID-19 (3/9/2022)

In Washington, mask requirements will be lifted on March 12th for many indoor spaces. It’s exciting to think we’re moving into an endemic and will hopefully soon reflect on

COVID-19 as part of our history. During this transition, I will continue to do everything that I can to keep you and your loved ones safe.

Here's what you can expect in the studio:

  • Although I'm fully vaccinated, I will continue to wear my mask for a bit longer as I want you to feel comfortable as we transition to this next phase.

  • If you've been fully vaccinated you are more than welcome to arrive maskless or remove your mask upon entering. With our foundation of trust, this will be based on the honor system.

  • All COVID-19 sanitation and disinfection procedures will continue.

  • Please let me know if you or someone in your family has a temperature over 101°F and we can reschedule your appointment.

  • An application of Botanical Hand Sanitizer is available upon arrival. While many other sanitizers contain chemical ingredients, ours contains the required 60% alcohol content, pure organic aloe vera, vitamin E, colloidal silver and herbal extracts that provide antioxidants and are extra soothing to your skin. (Also available for retail)

Cancellations:

To avoid being charged for your scheduled treatment, please modify your appointment using the link at the bottom of your confirmation or reminder email up to 24 hours prior

to your appointment time.

Please note:

Failing to show for your scheduled appointment will result in a

fee of the full service amount.

Thank you for your ongoing support and cooperation.

COVID-19 UPDATE (8/23/2021)

Indoor Mask Mandate Back in Effect

Face masks are once again required to be worn inside the studio.  As of Monday, August 23rd, 2021, Gov. Jay Inslee has announced that the existing statewide mask mandate will be expanded to once again include vaccinated individuals in indoor settings.  Thank you so very much for your cooperation.

Cancellations:

Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19 and the Delta Variant, I have modified the cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all of my guests.  With the kiddos back in school and life adjustments, I hope this alleviates any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment.  If you or a loved one are not feeling well, I understand and ask for you to please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule.   *Failing to show for your scheduled appointment will result in a fee of the full service amount.

COVID-19 (5/2000)

You and your health are so very important to me.  I’ve been hard at work considering every step of your service experience to ensure I am able to meet your needs in a focused and safe manner that is in accordance with government guidelines. You might notice some changes during your next visit as I have implemented new policies and procedures to further promote the health and safety of each guest which I’ve outlined below:

My Commitment To You:

As a certified infection preventionist, all disinfectants used in the studio are verified to ensure they meet the EPA’s criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.

After each guest, work stations, treatment area and client touch points to include chairs, door handles, counters, etc. will be disinfected.

Upon arrival, each guest will be offered a unique waterless soap to sanitize your hands.  I have partnered with my lab to bring you a natural and effective Waterless Hand Cleanser containing the required 60% alcohol content along with our pure organic aloe vera, vitamin E, colloidal silver and herbal extracts that provide antioxidants and are extra soothing to your skin. (Also available for retail)

In addition to a medical mask, a shield will be worn during the duration of our time together.

Arrival:

To maintain social distancing, please be on time for your appointment.  If you are early, you are more than welcome to wait in your vehicle or outside on the deck to remain at a safe distance.

Upon entering the studio, a quick temperature check will be administered using a touchless thermometer.

Services:

In order to keep current reservations and properly disinfect, I ask that once our service is complete, we checkout and say our good byes for now.  This is extremely important, otherwise I will need to push out or cancel appointments.  And we don’t want to do that, if it can be avoided. :)

Starting June 4th, we’ll be starting with waxing, lash lifts and tinting services.

Starting July 4th, we’ll resume all remaining skin treatments including facials and dermaplaning. This is when we’ll be fully operational!

Cancellations:

Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, I have modified the cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all of my guests.  With the kiddos out of school and life adjustments, I hope this alleviates any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment.  If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, I understand and ask for you to please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. To further support you, there will be no penalties for cancellations.

*Failing to show for your scheduled appointment will result in a fee of the full service amount.

Payment:

A touchless pay system is preferred but not required.  Apple Pay or Venmo is a great option.  Credit cards with a chip will be accepted as well.

My Request For Each Guest To Commit To:

Kindly check your temperature prior to your service.  Sadly, if you or someone in your household has a temperature of 100.4 or higher within the previous 14 days of your appointment, we must reschedule.

A face mask is required based on state specific orders.

To further my commitment to our safety, each guest is required to complete a COVID-19 Information and Liability Waiver prior to your appointment. This form will be emailed 24 hours before your appointment and must be submitted prior to your scheduled service.  Please don’t forget this step!  If the form isn’t submitted, I won’t be able to see you. (Insert tear) :(

Thank you for your cooperation, patience and understanding as we figure this out together!
